Only the information needed to review and respond to a production inquiry moves through the website.

The project inquiry form collects your name, work email, an optional company name, the type of production support you need, and the message you choose to send. Please do not include confidential material until an appropriate agreement is in place.
The website sends the inquiry through Resend to NUARE's business inbox. Resend processes the submitted fields for email delivery. The website does not add your inquiry to a marketing list or a contact database.
For basic abuse protection, the contact endpoint temporarily reads the request IP address and keeps an in-memory request window for up to ten minutes. The IP address is not included in the delivered inquiry. Vercel and Resend may process ordinary request and delivery metadata as infrastructure providers.
The website itself does not retain submitted inquiries in a database. Once delivered, the message exists in NUARE's business email system. No website-level automated retention or deletion schedule is currently implemented.
This website does not currently set marketing or analytics cookies and does not use advertising pixels or fingerprinting in its contact workflow.
