One accountable production stream
Co-development
Artists, engineers, and producers embedded in your team, your tools, and your standups. They share ownership of delivery instead of handing it back.
Discuss a briefConnected production
Built into the work.
Scope, reviews, and delivery all point at the same thing: work that survives your real production path.

Pipeline integration
How we plug into your pipeline.
Our people join your standups, your source control, and your review rituals. No vendor silo, no parallel process that drifts.
Delivery model
Who owns what, in writing.
We take real ownership of a feature, a discipline, or a whole multidisciplinary stream, with documentation and support after delivery agreed in the scope.
Practical questions
Before the first production review.
Can the team embed with our existing developers?
Yes. We can embed with your developers or run a managed workstream; ownership is explicit either way.
Can art and engineering be scoped together?
Yes, and that is exactly what co-development is for: art, tech, and engineering under one accountable team.
How does a NUARE engagement begin?
We usually begin with an NDA. Once it is in place, we discuss the project, production needs, scope, visual style, and disciplines required. We then share our rates and align the proposed scope with the available budget. If the plan works for both sides, production moves forward.
Can NUARE work inside an existing team and pipeline?
Yes. We adapt to the client's communication, review, source-control, and production systems rather than asking the team to rebuild its workflow around us. We have worked with tools ranging from ShotGrid, formerly Shotgun, and Slack to a wide variety of project trackers. We also use Picrowd extensively and may suggest it when it offers a useful fit.
What does the client receive at delivery?
The agreed delivery can include final assets, source files, documentation, engine implementation, and ongoing support when those are part of the scope. Across every engagement, we keep the same focus on asset quality, communication, and a dependable handoff.
